December 2025 Market Stats - Buyers... Wake Up!


2026 is off to a strong start and looking back on last month's data, we can see that things continue to shift towards buyer advantage.  December market stats for Monmouth and Ocean Counties are out and it shows that days on market (DOM) and Inventory continue to grow. I remain very busy with #homebuyers so the additional home buying choices is definitely a welcomed change from prior year’s markets.
