October 2025 Market Stats - Market continues to shift!


Days on Market (DOM) and Inventory continue to climb significantly in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties further indication of a shifting market. The market is still solidly skewed towards sellers, but all signs point to a market shift towards a more balanced market. If you're a buyer, it's time to get out there and shop the growing inventory.
